- artists’ paint made with a water-soluble binder such as gum arabic, and thinned with water rather than oil, giving a transparent colour.
5th November: Background washes and sillhouettes.
12th November: Watercolour monoprints. How to use printing techniques within your watercolours.
19th November: Star lit skys, how to use masking fluid.
26th November: Loosen up your style with a bright floral display.
3rd December: Watercolour pencils for detailed illustrations
10th December: Christmas scenes!
17th December: Mastering Christmas animals.
Break for Christmas, returning on 14th January
14th January: Painting the abstract in birds.
21st January: Still life fruit bowl in your own style.
28th January: Our infamous hare picture!
If you want to bring your own watercolour painting projects that you need help with, then please do – we’d be happy to help! We will always go over the basic techniques if you are new to watercolours – just ask!
You don’t have to attend all workshops, you can just book one or two! If you’d like to book and attend 6 workshops you will receive a 20% discount!
