If you've danced with us 100 times or yet to dip your toe in, you are really welcome to join us for a day in nature around the fire to dance, chat, sing, listen and relax! Children welcome for free.

11am - Welcome Meditation & Gentle Connection Activities - Get to know each other :)

12pm - Open Decks & Dancing - Silent Disco Headphone Style

2pm - Open Mic - Share or Listen cosy in the Yurt

4pm - Jam Around the Fire - Bring Your Instruments

5pm - Closing Meditation - Grounding and Goodbyes

530pm - Time to Leave - Always leave a space more beautiful than you found it!

Throughout the Day: Hot Food & Drinks, Sauna Drop In (extra financial contribution), Makers Market - its going to be lushhh - pop along any time!

We are at the Future Roots plot in Stanmer park to make use of the fire pits, large yurt and sheltered areas to keep cosy whatever the weather!

Bring some treats to share around the fire or stay for chats and hugs and maybe a jam? Bring your instruments!

If you have not been before we will meet you at 1045am at the back of the Patchway Car Park by the gate that goes in to the back of the park. If you are later than that you will need to make your own way there.

Transport – Number 78 bus runs into the park on the weekends (7-10 minute walk to site). By train- Falmer station (20+ minute walk), parking also available - the nearest car park is called Patchway and is next to One Garden, 7-10 minute walk.

What to Bring/Wear

Water or a warm drink in bottles/flasks , snacks, comfy layers of weather appropriate clothing. You might want cushions, blankets/sheepskins in the yurt, a camping chair or picnic blanket. A warm coat for leaving.

Refunds/Exchanges

Tickets will be fully refunded or transferred to another dance if the organisers cancel the event. You may sell your ticket on to another person if you are no longer able to attend.

Children

Are very welcome free of charge!

Weather

Hopefully conditions will be bright & dry! But if it looks damp please bring anoraks or wet weather clothing. We aim to keep going through all weather's, but in the case of adverse weather we will cancel the dance by 10am on the day and can either refund or transfer your ticket to another date. We will keep these dances a little shorter whilst it's cool weather

Headsets

Please look after the headsets - they cost around £40 each to replace if damaged! Do not place them on the ground.
