Winter Soft Reset
Overview
You’re showing up. You’re doing all the things — the busy workdays, caring for the people you love, working on your own personal development. Keeping up with social plans, the housework, the expectations. You’re holding everything together and pushing through, even when your own energy is running low.
But maybe…
You’re feeling close to the edge, tired of the constant pace. You’re craving a softer rhythm. You want more space in your life in 2026 — not only in your calendar, but in your body, your breath, your mind, and your being.
Winter is the season that asks us to slow down.
In nature, everything softens: the light, the pace, the noise. Winter creates the perfect conditions to pause, to rest, to turn inward, to release what we no longer need, and to quietly prepare for what comes next. It’s the stillness before the emerging energy of spring… A time that gives us permission to cocoon, to do less, to listen inwardly, and to restore ourselves.
So I invite you to join me as we sync to these conditions for an hour — to step back, breathe deeply, and allow Soft Reset to give you the space to rest, reflect, and re-enter your life with more space, steadiness, and intention.
Together we’ll move through:
• A grounding practice
• Soulful journaling prompts to reflect and reconnect with your needs and re-prioritise yourself
• Optional small-group sharing for those who want a little human warmth
• A guided meditation
There’s nothing to fix. No performance. No pressure. Just space to land somewhere soft.
How to prepare and what to have with you:
• A cup of something warm and nourishing
• Something to write with and write on
• A quiet corner where you have room to sit, lie down, and gently and safely move (movement will be optional)
• Wear whatever feels cosy and comforting; you may want to have a blanket to hand
• An optional soothing object, such as a crystal or anything that brings you ease
