Winter Solstice Dance in the Dark with Move in Nature

Join us to celebrate the Winter Solstice. Using silent disco headsets we walk/move/ dance mindfully to a specially curated playlist. It's a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself, nature, the seasons, the elements and the environment around us. Free mince pies and a non alcoholic mulled wine afterwards if you'd like to join us.

We meet at the Parc Penallta main car park off Penallta Road, Ystrad Mynach where you will be given your own headset and LED torch to accompany you on this guided walk. The walk is a slow paced easy walk on grass or gravel with some slight inclines and occasionally some steps going up (but never down). Come ready to collect your headset and torch and be ready to start at 7.30pm.

The sessions are suitable for adults and accompanied children 12 and over. We do not allow dogs at the event.
