Winter Solstice New Moon Circle: Deep Rest and Quiet Renewal
Overview
On this evening, the Winter Solstice meets the Sagittarius New Moon, creating a rare moment of deep stillness and quiet renewal. The longest night of the year draws us inward with self-compassion, while the new moon offers a soft beginning. Together they form a gentle threshold where we can pause, settle and listen to the light that is waiting to rise within us.
This circle offers a warm and restful space to turn inward. We begin with grounding breath and meditation, followed by an oracle card ritual, journalling and mindful sharing to help you listen to your inner guidance with ease. You will then be held in a restorative yoga practice supported by bolsters and blankets, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle into deep rest and quiet renewal.
The Solstice invites us to honour the pause. The New Moon marks a quiet reset, opening space for gentle intention to arise from within. Together they call us back to a softer way of being, rooted in presence, tenderness and self-compassion.
