An opportunity to be held in Ceremony the evening of the winter solstice at our beautiful sanctuary, deep in the heart of the south downs national park. Bathed in sound frequency, you will experience healing on deep cellular level. The event will be hosted by Martin and Libby, brining you a truly unique soul experience.
We will start the event with a cacao ceremony and set an intention for the ceremony.
The event is a deeply restorative, transformational and cleansing for the participant. It can bring about deep relaxation, stress relief, awakening, inner peace, improved sleep, calmer mind, reduced anxiety, opening intuition, balancing hormones, improving immunity, improved concentration, reduce blood pressure, stimulate energy flow, harmonise the chakras, remove negativity and enhance well-being.
From there we will settle down for he transformative sonic sound healing.
The event ends with a fire ceremony and the letting go of that which does not serve us.
When we release what doesn't serve us, we clear life's path for a new direction. Finishing at 9pm with herbal tea and share for those who wish to stay on.
