Let us prepare together for the gifts of winter... This course will help you find and nourish your center as we prepare for this immensely rich and powerful time of the year.

This beautiful course, now in its 6th year, gently but powerfully prepares us for the transition through autumn into the winter darkness. As nature turns within, our invitation is do the same. With a series of guided sacred meditative evenings, sacred music and inspirational readings, together we will embrace this very special time of spiritual renewal and connection.
The emphasis will be on simplicity and quiet, with gentle guidance and encouragement to turn to face the dark… and to find the light within.
Winter is a time of deep spiritual renewal and regeneration, and this winter feels more potent than ever before. The veils are thinner, and access to the winter stillness is more available to us all.
Together, let us cocoon ourselves in the mysteries of winter, and see where this magical and special time of the year leads us.
The collective focus will help you:
- Understand why the winter is so potent for spiritual renewal and regeneration, especially at this time.
- Nourish your inner sanctuary for welcoming the power of silence and stillness.
- Find inspired and practical ways to support your personal transformation.
- Learn to trust and stay open to receive inner guidance and wisdom from your highest and purest source.
- Embrace the darkness and find the deep peace within.
- Connect deeply and profoundly with nature as you follow the rhythm of the seasons.
Each week we will follow the energy arising out of our collective focus, and will also be weekly suggestions for meditative activities to help you maintain and nourish your personal spiritual practice during this time.
Marion and Jan will draw upon their wealth of experience of leading stillness and self-enquiry events, as well as supporting clients on their spiritual journeys.
The weekly Zoom sessions are audio only (no video), to help you step away from all distractions and turn your focus within.
The emphasis is on your own personal experience while still being part of a collective energy field – this is a powerful combination. The
Zoom chat feature will be available for any questions or to share realisations.
Recordings: all sessions are recorded and available within 12 hours of each session.
Preparing for these meditation evenings
- Choose a favourite chair or place in your home that you can use for the guided evenings and your private practice.
- Find the cosiest and most beautiful blanket you possess.
- You may like to have a beautiful candle to use during the sessions.
- Prepare your space at least 10 minutes before we start so that you are ready to dive in.
- A journal and a pen.
You’ll also be able to contact Marion by email if you have any questions or concerns before or after the sessions.
Each evening will be from 7.30pm – 9pm and will include time for self-reflection and journaling. You will receive the log in details and more information before the first session.
