Join us to learn how to keep your little ones healthy and warm during the winter. Our experts will share simple tips for dealing with common winter illnesses, dressing your baby or toddler warmly, and maintaining cosy routines. We'll also provide guidance on where to find help when you need it. Feel confident this winter and bring your questions to our session. Stay prepared and protect your child's well-being!

The session is delivered live online using Microsoft Teams and runs for approximately 60 minutes. Organised by the Early Childhood and Family Service in partnership with Norfolk & Waveney Children's & Young People's Health Service

The Early Childhood and Family Service (ECFS) offers play sessions, courses and one to one support for families with children aged 0-5 in Norfolk.  The service is funded by Norfolk County Council and run by Action for Children. We also offer a series of online information sessions for parents in Norfolk on a range of topics such as baby brain development, behaviour, oral health and many more. Some sessions are run jointly with Norfolk & Waveney Children's and Young People's Health Service so be sure to visit their booking page too.
