WINTER WARMERS: GLUTEN AND DAIRY-FREE SOUPS AND STEWS

It’s cold and dark we all need some nourishing foods to keep us going until the spring.
This workshop features delicious one-pot dishes packed with nutrients to support your immune system during the coldest months.
Our gluten and dairy-free dishes will give you alternatives to common comfort foods that tend to rely heavily on pasta and cheese.
Pilar will start the morning with a short talk about nutrition and health during the winter while you enjoy a lovely home-made breakfast including our delicious fresh bread and nutty muesli.
Breakfast is followed by a hands-on cooking session with our experienced team including several soups and stews which you will enjoy for lunch.
