Winter Wellbeing Workshop

The nights are drawing in. Feeling tiredness, stress or building?
Would you like more energy, more focus and a greater sense of calm?
If so, join us for a warming two hour Office Om Winter workshop on Saturday 3rd December 10-12pm in Pen-y-lan, Cardiff. We’ll try skills and strategies you can put in place to help decrease stress and increase your wellbeing at this time of year. This will include a mindfulness taster and a relaxation practice. We’ll also learn some desk yoga moves, which are chair-based, and standing stretches you can use any time and anywhere to move your body, increasing energy or helping to relax. Lycra and yoga mats are not required, the movements are adapted to whatever you're wearing. Warming drinks and nibbles included.

What do I need to wear/bring?
You can wear whatever you like - the gentle yoga poses can be adapted to any clothes and you don't need to bring anything.

The tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred if 7 days notice is given.
