Join Helena on Monday 9th December 6.30-8pm for another candle lit Yoga and meditation session designed to help shift your Winter blues, the last one of 2019.
Helena is an experienced Yogi with a huge passion for health and well-being, she has worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years and understands the importance of leading a balanced lifestyle through physical exercise and nutrition. Take time for yourself to switch off and focus in on the breath which is where the magic of Yoga comes in.
Helena will guide you through a heart warming Hatha Yoga class, designed to help combat the Winter blues, calm the nervous system and give your immune system the attention it needs during the colder Winter months. The session will close with a guided meditation to give the thinking mind some much needed rest.
Switch off your phones, log out of your emails and connect to the present moment.
