Winter Woolly Walk 2017
It's time to kick off those winter blues, rally your kids, friends and family, and join us for a Winter Woolly Walk at a location near you:
Antrim Castle Gardens
Castle Coole, Enniskillen
Drum Manor Forest Park, Cookstown
Lagan Towpath, Belfast
St. Columb's Park, Derry/Londonderry
Tollymore Forest Park, Newcastle
The fun-filled event is the perfect excuse to kick of those winter blues and rally the family together for a great day out in the fresh air whilst raising funds for Cancer Fund for Children.
Each Winter Woolly Walk ranges from 3 to 5 miles and will provide lots of family fun and warm refreshments to heat cold hands.

How much does it cost to sign up?
It costs just £5 per adult to take part and under 16's go free!
What will I receive when I sign up?
You will receive your Winter Woolly Walk fundraising pack with specific details on your chosen walk and a sponsor form.
What time does the walk start?
Registration at all walks is from 10:00am with walks starting at 10:30am*
*PLEASE NOTE: There is one exception: Tollymore registration opens at 9:30am & the walk starts at 10am.
How long will the walk take?
The walks should take around 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes to complete.
Are there car parking facilities?
Yes, there are plenty of free parking spaces located at our walks.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing and dress for the weather. Although the walk is mainly on flat ground, good footwear is essential so we recommend walking boots or trainers.
What do I get for taking part?
All Winter Woolly Walkers will receive a certificate in recognition of their achievement. Warm light refreshments will also be provided at the end of the walk as well as family fun activities!
What about the weather?
The walk will go ahead whatever the weather!
