Wintering - a day of rest, reflection and renewal
Overview
Wintering is your invitation to honour the seasons. Come and join us for a nurturing day of rest, reflection & renewal.
Winter isn’t a season of doing, it’s a season of being and that’s what this day will be. Not a day of doing, a day for being.
Nature slows down, and so can you.
Our Wintering retreat is about creating space to breathe, rest and reconnect - without pressure, without proving, without pushing.
Spend the day with us and allow yourself to soften into the kind of rest that actually restores.
What if this winter you slowed down and listened to yourself?
When we honour the rhythm of winter, we gift ourselves deep restoration.
Cosy blankets, deep rest, sound healing: your nervous system is craving this.
To winter is to soften, to turn inward and tend the fire within.
Think cosy vibes, blankets, candles and community.
With a combination of meditation, practices, community, reflection & sound you’ll rest and restore.
Are you ready to give back to yourself?
Come and fill your cup before the busyness of December.
This retreat is a gentle reminder that you don’t have to do more to be worthy - you simply have to be.
By giving yourself permission to pause, you create space for clarity, creativity and self-compassion to bloom and awaken along with the Spring.
We’ll explore what self-care means to you.
You’ll take part in practices to help you feel restored and rested, ending with a sound bath.
We'll share tools you can use every day to support you to feel supported and cared for.
Because it’s not just about what we do together on the day, it’s about continuing beyond as you integrate the tools into your everyday life.
