You are welcome to follow along with the facial and massage demo, for this you will need:

Cleanser

Facial polish

Toner (optional)

Facial oil

Moisturiser

Plus a bowl of warm water, Muslin cloth/cotton pads/flannel and headband/hairclip

The meditation will be guided. You may wish to have a cushion, blanket and eye pillow to get comfortable and enhance your relaxation experience.
