Join the Central London Humanist Group and the UCLU ASHS for our 4th Winterval quiz on Wednesday 18th December in the Jeremy Bentham Room, UCL in Bloomsbury, London.

and

Reserve your place by clicking on the 'Register' button above.

Both organisations are using the same method for RSVPing for this event, so please follow instructions on this page rather than the usual channel your group uses. Seats are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.

Rounds will include questions about science, scepticism and humanism; as well as the usual suspects such as music, film, politics, history and geography.

Teams will be up to 6 people – choose yours in advance or come along to join a team on the night.

Entry is £5 per person, to be collected on the night. Proceeds will go to a humanist charity; details for which will be sent round prior to the event.

As requested by numerous people last year, I am telling you now: copious amounts of drinks (soft & hard) and nibbles will be available to purchase on the night for a small donation ... but you can also bring your own food/alcohol if you wish.

Date: Wenesday 18th December 2013

Time: Gather and socialise in the venue from 6pm, for 6.45pm start. We will be finished around 10.30pm.

Venue: The Jeremy Bentham Room, University College London (UCL), Gower Street, Bloomsbury, London, WC1E 6BT (map and directions) (do i have this http://crf.casa.ucl.ac.uk/screenRoute.aspx?s=386&d=188&w=False)

Nearest stations are Euston Square (Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan lines), Warren St (Victoria, Northern lines), Euston (Victoria, Northern lines, Overland & national rail) and Russell Square (Piccadilly line). There are also numerous local buses.

The venue is wheelchair accessible (please 'Contact Host' for details).

Price: Entry is £5 per person, to be collected on the night. If we are able to be as successful as in recent years, we will support a charity akin to 2012's 'Adopt a Dalit Village' or 2011's 'Humanist Girls' Schools in Uganda'.

RSVP: Reserve your place by clicking on the 'Register' button above.

We look forward to seeing you there!
