About this Event
Caroline Nokes MP will give us insights into her decade-long career in Parliament and outline her current priorities as Chair of the Women and Equalities Committee. We’ll also discuss how politics and the public affairs industry can become more representative and inclusive.
After an initial discussion with WiPA committee member Melanie Fernandes, attendees will have the opportunity to ask Caroline their own questions. The session will be held via Zoom and you will receive dial-in details from Eventbrite a day before the event.

About Caroline Nokes MP
Caroline Nokes was first elected as the Conservative MP for Romsey and Southampton North in 2010. She went on to serve as Minister for Welfare Delivery at the Department for Work and Pensions, Minister for Government Resilience and Efficiency at the Cabinet Office and Minister of State for Immigration, a role in which she also attended Theresa May’s Cabinet. Caroline has been the Chair of the Women and Equalities Select Committee since January 2020.
