About this event

Business • Career

Break out of the habits that hold you back.
Through the early stages of our careers, we learn behaviours and habits that can get in the way as we progress. Common examples are over-delivering, perfectionism, trying to do it all, expecting to be noticed and rewarded. Any of these sound familiar?

There comes a point where it's useful to call out the culprits, and work out the new behaviours that will help us thrive at work.

In this interactive lunchtime session aimed at people who have a few years of work experience under their belts, we'll identify some of the things that typically hold us back, and think about what would serve us better as we rise in our careers.

Come along with an open mind and good humour, and learn some new strategies for success along the way.

The session will be facilitated by Lindsay Paterson, an experienced Executive Coach and public affairs professional who has lots of experience of helping people ditch those unhelpful habits, rise in organisations and flourish as a result.

This event is kindly sponsored by H/Advisors Cicero.
