Wired Sussex Breakfast Session: Being a successful freelancer
Thu 20 April 2017, 09:00 – 11:00 BST
The Wired Sussex Breakfast Sessions share best practice on subjects ranging from marketing and branding, to intellectual property and investment opportunities. And there’s coffee and croissants too. What’s not to like?
Are you a freelancer and want to know how to improve your marketing, discuss how much to charge, find new clients (or chase slow-paying ones)? Bring your issues and questions to this session and learn from your freelancer peers and experts.
At this session, we'll be joined by:
Natalie founded Eleven11 Digital after gaining over 14 years marketing and CRM experience in both small and large organisations such as MORE TH>N Insurance, EDF Energy and The Body Shop. She's now a full time freelance email marketing specialist helping companies with all things email related.
Natalie is a member of the DMA Email Council, judged the "Best Use of email marketing" category at the 2015 DMA Awards and spoke at the Email Insider Summit Europe 2014.
Fran specialises in working with charities and not for profits. Fran has spent 10 years working in digital marketing. She started her career working in the private sector for big-named brands and top-end media agencies and then moved into the charity sector.
Formerly the Head of Digital at Platypus Digital, a digital marketing agency for charities, Fran has extensive experience of working with charities of all sizes including Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity, Relate, Mencap, The Children’s Society, and Anthony Nolan.
Fran is particularly passionate about providing smaller organisations the same expertise and knowledge usually only the big guns get access to.
