Wired Sussex Breakfast Session: Retaining the Right Clients
Thu 23 February 2017, 09:00 – 11:00 GMT
The Wired Sussex Breakfast Sessions share best practice on subjects ranging from marketing and branding, to intellectual property and investment opportunities. And there’s coffee and croissants too. What’s not to like?
Looking to drive agency growth by improving how you retain the right clients?
Adopting the principle of ‘marginal gains’, this session will explore all aspects of business development, from how you define your agency’s proposition through to growing an account, showing how small improvements at every stage can translate into a significant uplift in performance.
If you’re an agency owner, budding BDM or Account Manager, this session will provide tips and takeaways to help you up your game.
Please note although this session complements the last Breakfast Session on Winning the Right Clients, you don't need to have attended the first session to come to this workshop.
