In this session, we’ll discuss the strategies and processes to take into consideration when you’re looking to sell your business. Hear from people who have been there, done it; how they managed their business growth, stroke a deal with key players in their industry and how the sale impacted their company.

We’ll be joined by:
David has created videogames since 1990 and has run his own business for the last 13 years. Relentless Software went from small startup to a BAFTA-winning, 120 person payroll monster, then back to nothing again. He's since built and sold Delinquent, a mobile free-to-play games business, to Swedish-based MAG Interactive. David will talk about what he's learned about how to build a business to sell it.
Graham is the Director of Player Research, an award-winning UX research and playtesting studio based in Brighton, UK. Player Research help studios deliver successful games by challenging assumptions, validating design decisions, and providing evidence on the player experience throughout development.
Graham is a BAFTA Games member and has written regular columns on user research for EDGE and GamesIndustry.biz.
