We’re rebooting #WiredEB with a fantastic meet-up at Eastbourne’s Towner Art Gallery on March 10th from 7pm.
Whether you’re looking for the funding you need to enable you to inject your entrepreneurial spirit into your next digital project, are interested in the role digital tools can play in the artistic process, or simply want to catch up with like-minded professionals from in and around Eastbourne, be sure to join us for an evening of business and creativity.
We have two fantastic guest speakers lined up for you:
Tim Evans - Creative England - Project Manager - Investments.
With grant funding quickly becoming a thing of the past, Creative England’s broad range of creative funding options could help fill that gap.
Tim will let tell us how investment in Eastbourne based start-up Cyclr, and a broad range of other projects spanning many different disciplines came to be.
Simon Mark Smith - Eastbourne based singer-songwriter and artist.
Simon is best known for his music however he is also an accomplished artist and painter who has a passion for many forms of art.
Simon will be talking about the processes and tools he uses to convert analogue art into digital art, and sometimes back again and where his inspiration comes from.
Each guest will speak for 20 minutes with a 10 minute Q&A session
There will be plenty of opportunity to hang out with like minded folks, shoot the breeze with the speakers and enjoy some nibbles and a drink from the cash bar.
