WiSA was launched on #IWD 2019 so to celebrate our second anniversary, we are having a celebration, including women of the year awards!
About this event
This year, the theme for #IWD is #ChooseToChallenge and we will be asking you to bring along your ideas of what you are choosing to challenge this year.
During this meeting, we will be joined by Matilda Lomas-MacKenzie, biology co-ordinator from the Scottish Salmon Company and Heather Jones, CEO of SAIC who will talk about their careers, their achievements and what they have chosen to challenge.
We will also reveal the winners of our International Women’s Day aquaculture awards!Join us for this celebration of Women in Scottish Aquaculture and the amazing community that we have become!
The meeting will take place via Zoom and details will be sent to registered delegates before the event.
