One of the most under-estimated forms of leadership is what happens in those moments when we go from coping to consciously self-leading. When we press our own reset button and engage in life as a co-creator rather than hurdles to overcome.

What it offers
This is a weekly online ritual and practice space - like going to the gym for your inner life –an life-affirming environment to help you stay connected, inspired and resourceful.
Each session offers space, structure, support, and stimulus to help you move:
- from knowing what helps but not doing it to having the capacity to choose differently
- from being hijacked by stress to regulating yourself from the inside out
- from treating yourself as a problem to fix to relating to yourself as an intelligent system
- from consuming insight to embodying wisdom
As with any good training practice, this is not about perfection or performance, but a commitment to yourself to show up and strengthen your inner capacities over time. Particularly useful when we have resolutions and intentions we want to realise.
You’ll be guided by Penelope Mavor, founder of Earth Converse and international leadership coach, who brings over 25 years of experience working with individuals and groups at the intersection of leadership, embodiment, reflection and connection with the living world. She offers a vast range of practices and tools from leadership, coaching, mindfulness and wilderness rites of passage to life long learning.

- Format: Live interactive online sessions
- Pace: Every Wednesday at 20:00 CET for 60 mins
- Group size: max 20 pax
- Dates: The next event is on Wednesday 25th February.
- Commitment: There are those that do every session, some just drop in when they can.
