Wisdom Workouts is a weekly online ritual and practice space - like going to the gym for your inner life - offering an life-affirming environment to help you stay connected, inspired and resourceful as we begin in 2026.
What this series offers
A 10-week online journey, weekly mid-week meeting from early January through to the Spring Equinox - a season of renewal, emergence and possibility.
As with any good training practice, this is not about perfection or performance, but a commitment to yourself to show up and strengthen your inner capacities over time. Particularly useful when we have resolutions and intentions we want to realise.
Each session offers space, structure, support, and stimulus to help you:
- reconnect with your inner compass
- embody your intentions
- sustain motivation for inner work
- experience the power of the collective
You’ll be guided by Penelope Mavor, founder of Earth Converse and international leadership coach, who brings over 25 years of experience working with individuals and groups at the intersection of leadership, embodiment, reflection and connection with the living world. She offers a vast range of practices and tools from leadership, coaching, mindfulness and wilderness rites of passage to life long learning.
What we’ll do together
Each weekly session is unique, while following a consistent and supportive rhythm. You can expect:
- Guided experiential and embodied practices
to support grounding, awareness and aliveness - Structured individual reflection
to deepen insight, self-knowledge and clarity - Collective sense-making and shared insight
to learn with and through others, and to experience community momentum

- Duration: 10 weekly sessions (every Wednesday at 20:00 CET for 50 mins)
- Group size: max 20 pax

- Commitment: Available as stand alone sessions and best experienced as a full series.
