Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? —Mary Oliver.
Wild and Wise gatherings have been designed for women who are seeking to re-claim their intuition and wild wisdom in a chaotic world. Whatever life cycle you are in, whether it is peri/post/menopause, early motherhood, pregnancy... this space is for you to pause, unwind, connect with nature and with other soulful women.
Unlike a walking tour, my walking circles prioritize mindful, gentle walking, engaging with nature through meditation, ritual or contemplative exercises. Gentle breath and movement practices are also offered to help us connect with our bodies. No prior experience is necessary.
Each session includes circle time in a secluded place in the woods, to allow for sharing and deeper conversation.
The walking circle is an inclusive and welcoming space open to all women regardless of age, ethnicity or background. Sharing is optional not obligatory.
