Helen White

Helen spends most of her time chasing her tail and juggling work life balance wondering if 'having it all' is really all it was cracked up to be. Don't get her wrong she is blissfully happy with her lot but spends lots of time worrying whether she is good enough at what she does and is riddled with self doubt. She always tries her best. Her days are made up of making decisions about the strategic direction of a housing association with a turnover of £60m and over 20,000 customers, advising a Government Minister on the performance of the housing sector in Wales and randomly shouting words at her kids like 'shoes', 'teeth' and 'car'. She also spends as much time as she can making happy memories with her family and friends as she knows before long this amazing, crazy and wild time in her life will be over.

Rachel Clacher

Rachel Clacher Co-Founder & Director of Moneypenny, Founder & Trustee of WeMindTheGap

After a career in arts marketing, Rachel Clacher co-founded Moneypenny with her brother Ed Reeves in 2000. Today Moneypenny is the world’s leading provider of telephone answering and outsourced switchboard services, with offices in the US as well as the UK. Here Moneypenny’s team of over 500 annually handle in excess of 10 million calls on behalf of more than 10,000 companies from its new 100,000 sq.ft award-winning HQ – known as ‘the happiest office in the land’ - and the company is listed the Top 5 of ‘100 Best Companies to Work For in the UK’.

In 2014, Rachel brought Moneypenny’s unique approach to people development to a whole new cohort with the establishment of the Moneypenny Foundation, which gives new opportunities in life and work to unemployed under-served young women through providing totally holistic paid traineeships. These have proven so successful in Wrexham that this year the charity - which is now called WeMindTheGap - is expanding to run traineeships in Flintshire and Liverpool this year.

As someone who believes fundamentally that business is a force for good, who is committed to developing the agenda on the subjects that she is passionate about - customer service, culture, entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility - and who has walked the walk, Rachel is a speaker in demand. She is regularly invited to speak and share the Moneypenny story with both national and international business audiences, and in so doing raises valuable funds for We Mind The Gap.
