Johnson&Johnson, Arcadis and Junior Achievement Europe are partnering for the Career Talks event on Wednesday, December 9th. As the end of an academic year is approaching, it is a timely occasion to ask J&J and Arcadis professionals to share their professional journey stories to inspire the next generation of young STEM-field professionals.

The webinar aims to motivate students to follow STEM-oriented career paths by bringing in the voices and career path stories of female STEM experts to empower young female students in the field.

After the 60 minute webinar on the career stories of the speakers, there will be a 30-minute Q&A session with each speaker individually. The Q&A breakout rooms provide an open, trusting space to interact with the leading industry professionals, ask questions or inquire more information about a particular job role.

Speakers:

• Mary Ann Hopkins, Chief Growth Officer, Arcadis

Mary Ann Hopkins is the Chief Growth Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Arcadis. Arcadis is a leading design and consultancy firm for natural and built assets, with more than 28,000 employees supporting clients worldwide.

• Dr. Anna Laloë, Geologist, Arcadis

Dr. Anna Laloë is a geologist and environmental scientist at Arcadis. Dr. Laloë’s role at Arcadis involves supporting clients in their sustainability goals – in the energy sector (wind and solar power), the financial sector (financial institutions sustainability programs), and the food and beverages sector (in water re-use in high water risk areas).

• Dibya Maheswari, Principal Consultant, Arcadis

Dibya Maheswari is a seven-time award-winning Arcadian and plays the role of a Product Owner and Principal Consultant at Arcadis. With her 3+ years of experience at Arcadis (still counting), she has been wearing multiple hats and has successfully played the role of a marcomm specialist, a product development

• Claire Cox, Senior Manager Construction Quality Systems, Project Delivery COE - Engineering & Property Services, Johnson&Johnson

Claire Cox is the Senior Manager for Construction Quality Systems, globally, with J&J’s Engineering and Property Services, Project Delivery, Centre of Excellence. In this role Claire is responsible for developing and implementing the systems and processes that will support J&J Construction Partner Quality Programs and ensure that all J&J construction projects are executed to the highest standards of Construction Quality.

• Jessica Silva, MEX Engineer MAKE Excellence, Johnson&Johnson

Jessica is a Make Excellence Engieer in MAKE Excellence for the Consumer Health site McNeil (Helsingborg, Sweden). She is a continuous improvement lead in operations and delivers projects with a focus on process engineering.

• Charlotta Lundström, Senior MAM Manager Consumer Helsingborg, Johnson&Johnson

Charlotta is a site responsible for the Automation, Engineering and Maintenance teams, and she supports the Production Equipment and Automations systems through their full lifecycle.
