You are warmly invited to our mini festival of events, celebrating International Women's Day 2018 in Withington. We want to bring our diverse community together to celebrate Strong Manchester Women and inspire the next generation. The events are inclusive, accessible and open to all.

Friday 2 March: Strong Manchester women-themed pub quiz with prizes and open mic night plus DJs, raising money for Manchester-based women's charities (7.30pm onwards at Solomons Cafe Bar, 447-449 Wimslow Road, M20 4AN)

Saturday 3 March: An afternoon tea including wellbeing activities, history, art and craft, activities for children, career talks, music, a special screening of Made in Dagenham, plus loads more. (1-5pm at St Paul's Church Hall, 491 Wilmslow Road, M20 4AW).

This event has been kindly supported by a grant from Manchester City Council and hosted by Withington Women, an informal collective of local residents and groups. The events are free of charge but it will help us to cater for numbers if you register via Eventbrite.
