Is the event card only?

Yes please! We kindly ask that all payments on the day are made with debit or credit cards. This should help to reduce any queues.

Question 2

Can you park on-site?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not Due to limited spaces, there will be no on-site parking. We also request that you are considerate to our neighbours if parking on the streets nearby. We recommend using the Estuary Long Stay Car Park, which is around a 10-15min walk from the club. Directions available on request.

Question 3

Are children allowed?

Absolutely! We are an event for the whole family! All children under the age of 16 are free of charge so bring along the whole family! Make sure that you add their free ticket in the basket with your order! We do ask that all under 16s are accompanied by a responsible adult however.

Question 4

How do I buy drinks on the day?

Accepted Answer

Alcoholic drinks on the day will be available to purchase by way of tokens. These will be available via a tent near the main gate. This will help to speed up any queues during busy periods. Please note that all tokens are non-refundable & only valid on 13.07.24 so only buy what you need!

Question 5

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Accepted Answer

Although there will be a number of food outlets available on the day, you are more than welcome to bring your own food/picnic with you. However, due to the conditions of our licence, no alcohol can be brought with you and will need to be purchased on site. Thank you.

Can I get a refund on my ticket if needed?

Question 7

Where to the profits for the event go?

Accepted Answer

All profits made during WithyStock go back into the Club's Vision 24 fundraising campaign to improve the facilities at Raleigh Park.

Question 8

Are there any other ticket T&Cs?

Accepted Answer

Only one... Due to the way in which WRFC is run as a Community Sports Club, your entry ticket to WithyStock '24 also gives you temporary club membership for the day. Please refer to our website for terms of membership.
