Come rain or shine, you've had an amazing time for three years... Shall we do it again?

Join us for an unforgettable day of live music, fun, and entertainment at WithyStock '25!


We've got a fantastic, fun-filled afternoon of live music and entertainment for all the family. We've also got a beer and cider tent for the adults, plus a BBQ and additional food and drink options throughout the day too!

As well as our amazing line up of live music, we shall also be showcasing some of the best local talent on the stage… watch this space for more details closer to the event!

WithyStock '25 is all about celebrating the spirit of community and the love for live music. Grab your friends, family, and fellow festival enthusiasts to enjoy a day filled with live music, delicious food, and exciting activities for the youngsters.


Line Up: We’re bringing the energy big time this year with six incredible local acts ready to light up the WithyStock stage on Saturday 19th July at Raleigh Park!

🔥 ROSSO kicks things off with their infectious Americana-Country vibes. Crowd favourites last time — they’re back to get the party started right!

🎤 Next up, it’s the return of SPECIAL MEASURES! Blues, rock, soul — they smashed it last year, and they’re ready to do it all again. Expect big sounds and bigger vibes.

💃 HARRY AND LEE need no intro. A WithyStock staple, they’ll have you up and dancing from the first chord. Pure feel-good energy!

🎸 Then we turn it up with LION — bold, fresh, and anything but your typical covers band. These South West rockers blend pop and rock into a sound you won’t forget.

🕺 As the sun dips, RECKLESS takes over. This powerful 6-piece is all about party anthems and 80s bangers — delivered with a rock ‘n’ roll edge that’ll blow the roof off the tent (if we had one)!

🎆 And closing the night… the phenomenal THE RED CUPS! Think early 2000s movie soundtrack vibes, live and louder than ever. If you’ve seen them, you know. If you haven’t — this is your moment.


Entertainment: Once again, we will be offering additional activities for the younger members of the family - and even maybe something for the grown ups that are still kids at heart! We'll keep you posted with everything we have planned...


All in all, there's plenty to see and do for all the family!


Tickets: Tickets are on sale now, priced at just £15 for adults, £2 for children and all under 5s go free.


NEW FOR 2025: Get your hands on one our VIP entry tickets to give you clubhouse access, a dedicated bar, toilets and comfy seating. Doing festivals the posh way! VIP tickets are just £25pp and are restricted to just 100, so get them whilst you can!


Profits from the ticket sales will always go back into the club to ensure that Withycombe RFC is the very best it can be for all that use it - so thank you for your support!

How Do I Contact You?

As we approach the event, we will have a dedicated enquiries line. Until then, please feel free to contact us at withystock@withycomberugby.co.uk

Are dogs allowed?

Due to the amount of people that we have on the pitch on the day, we kindly ask that all dogs (except assistance dogs) are left at home. This is to keep both your pet and all other visitors as safe as possible.

Can I park on site?

Unfortunately not Due to limited spaces, there will be no on-site parking. We also request that you are considerate to our neighbours if parking on the streets nearby. We recommend using the Estuary Long Stay Car Park, which is around a 10-15min walk from the club. Directions available on request.

Is there Disabled Parking?

Although there is no general parking on-site for the event, we will have a limited amount of disabled parking available. This MUST be booked in advance by contacting us. You can email us at withystock@withycomberugby.co.uk

How do I buy drinks on the day?

Alcoholic drinks on the day will be available to purchase by way of tokens. These will be available via a tent near the main gate. This will help to speed up any queues during busy periods. Please note that all tokens are non-refundable & only valid on 19.07.25 so only buy what you need!

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Although there will be a number of food outlets available on the day, you are more than welcome to bring your own food/picnic with you. However, due to the conditions of our licence, no alcohol can be brought with you and will need to be purchased on site. Thank you.

Are tickets refundable?

All tickets sold are non-refundable. Please contact us if you need more details

Where do the event profits go?

All profits made during WithyStock go back into improving facilities at Withycombe RFC at both Raleigh Park and Bicton to make sure that we offer the best possible experience to all those that use the club, from players to supporters and beyond!

Are there any other ticket T&Cs?

Only one... Due to the way in which WRFC is run as a Community Sports Club, your entry ticket to WithyStock '25 also gives you temporary club membership for the day. Please refer to our website for terms of membership.

Are children allowed?

Absolutely! We are an event for the whole family! We do ask that all under 16s are accompanied by a responsible adult however.

Is the event card only?

Yes please! We kindly ask that all payments on the day are made with debit or credit cards. This should help to reduce any queues.
