Witness handling training
Event Information
About this Event
The session is an introduction to witness-handling. We will explore the aims of examination-in-chief and cross examination; the ground rules of questioning witnesses; and how to prepare for witness handling.
The session will follow up from the earlier Advocacy Training.

Having joined Northumbria Law School in September 2013, William teaches on the BPTC (advocacy; opinion writing; conferencing and professional ethics). He also teaches the Law of Tort to undergraduate students on the MLaw degree.
