About this event

Spirituality • Christianity

A reflective series of sessions with shared wisdom from experienced practitioners in adult education and from tutors who have worked with students with particular needs. Session Two helps us think about the structure of good feedback; the language we use to celebrate what is good and to point forward to how work can be improved. The use of different kinds of questions. Recognising our own bias in the feedback we give. Working through some case studies showing examples of good/bad/ugly feedback. Thinking about how students receive our feedback, and how can we prepare for and mitigate for common mis-readings or mis-hearings.

You are welcome to come to one, many or all of the six sessions. Please book for each one separately.
