WMPF: Estimates and Early Retirement Costs (ERC)

Before you process any redundancy/business efficiency retirements, grant flexible retirements, or waive any actuarial reductions for members, we advise that an estimate is run through ESS (Employer Self Service) to establish any potential costs to you, the employer. This session will discuss the importance of estimates and show you how to run one.
