Think Active bring you a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, training and qualifications.

Young people will receive a friendly welcome, support and individual mentoring to pursue a leadership pathway in their chosen sport/activity as well as receiving training in a number of activities including hiking, orienteering, first aid and more. The group will also choose their own graduation activity for April 2026.

This programme is open to all young people aged 13+, from all abilities, backgrounds and . However, we particularly want to target those currently struggling to access opportunities, those with low levels of physical activity and/or engagement in educational institutions.

Young people will need to attend all sessions (please speak to us directly if this is causing a barrier to your young person).

We look forward to welcoming a cohort of young people to our first Allstars Leadership Programme. Young people will experience leadership training in hiking, navigation skills, first aid, orienteering, sport multiskills and access to further training and development via our online learning platform Skills 360.

Additional qualifications including Emergency First Aid, Orienteering Leader, CIMSPA Multiskills Level 1 and more (dependent on meeting certain criteria)

Young people will be signposted to individual opportunities within their local area in order to continue their leadership journey in the long term.
