YOUR HOSTS:

Abigail Ireland, High Performance Consultant

Abigail Ireland works with high achieving executives and teams, enabling them to perform at their best and achieve results with more focus, more energy and less stress. She blends business productivity with psychological and physiological factors that impact performance.

After over a decade in corporate banking and senior strategy roles, Abi left to launch her own ventures in the education and wellbeing fields.

Abi combines her business expertise with skills as a qualified Master Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach, taking a 360-degree approach to performance in her workshops, coaching and training solutions. She has worked with large and small organisations, including Lloyds Banking Group, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Westpac Plc.

Leigh McKay, Wellbeing Consultant

Leigh advocates that a workplace and community that promotes wellbeing has a postive impact on everyone's mental, physical and emotional health. She strives to encourage a culture which prioritises healthy choices.

Leigh holds a BSc (Hons) degree specialising in Psychology and a diploma in personal development coaching through the Coaching Academy. Her keen interest in the psychology of behaviour and the impact of health on performance saw Leigh focusing solely on Wellbeing through her business, Workwise Wellness.

Leigh's key area of focus and training is emotional resilience, and she shares her insights with executives, businesses, charities and the community - her training has been shared with Marks & Spencer, Save the Children, Intercontinental Hotel Group and The Lighthouse.
