About Life Clubs
Life Clubs courses are designed to give everyone a chance to get more out of life. People join us for all sorts of reasons – to cope better with the potholes in their life, to get a confidence boost and often just for time to think. Whatever your reasons, you're welcome.
Our ten-week Declutter Your Life (Laugh more. Love more. Play more. Earn more) course covers the most important areas of your life, from creating a career you love to learning how to relax and enjoy life.
Each of the ten workshops is fun and practical, using original materials created by Nina Grunfeld and drawing on her experience as a bestselling self-help author, columnist and professional coach.
How it works
Life Clubs Wokingham is run by Sarah Neely in collaboration with the founder of Life Clubs, Nina Grunfeld. Each month, Sarah runs a three-hour group workshop, where you will learn more about yourself and how to get more out of life.
- Knowing Where To Start (February)
- Building Better Habits (March)
- Eliminating Problems (April)
- Making An Impact (May)
- Knowing What You Want (June)
- De-stressing Your Days (July)
- Making Better Connections (August)
- Loving What You Do (September)
- Finding More Inspiration (October)
- Bouncing Back Higher (November)
Sarah will lead you through some fun and highly interactive exercises, proven to make you happier, from which you’ll learn valuable personal development techniques that you will be able to use time and time again.
