Wokingham Support Group: Check-in & Chat

Our monthly support meeting in Wokingham is on Wednesday 3rd September 2025 at 7.00pm.

Join us for refreshments and a friendly chat. Share your experiences and listen to others. It's a great chance to pick up tips for coping and get support from peers. There's no pressure - you can join in as much or as little as you choose.

As always, the meetings are completely free of charge and everyone is welcome. We aim to provide a safe and confidential environment where everyone is listened to and treated with respect.
