Wokingham Support Group: Get Creative with Rachel Freegard

Our monthly support meeting in Wokingham is on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 at 7.00pm.

Rachel Freegard will be running a creative session. No artistic skill is necessary and all materials will be provided. After the session there will be time for refreshments and a chat.

Rachel is an experienced Arts & Crafts Tutor, running workshops mainly for people with anxiety &/or depression. Having personally suffered mental health issues for many years, Rachel recognises the positive role that creativity can play in relation to good mental health & wellbeing.
