It is now available for anyone who feels in need of some added strength. It has been shown to significantly reduce anxiety and low mood whilst increasing feelings of spiritul and psychological connection.
This transformational course is a journey for you to step into your wisdom and ultimately walk in your own power.
Using a mix of ancient knowledge, meaningful interaction with horses and wolves, we spend time on beautiful beaches, listening to music of the plants in forests and setting free our creative spirit
Day four involves a visit to an animal sanctuary where there is a pack of wolves. Whilst there is no direct interaction with the pack we can howl and meditate with them. Studying them can provide a unique insight into a perspective that resonates positively with our own mental well being.
