Wolvercote Craft Fair will be taking place online this year, offering families at Wolvercote Primary School a chance to discover beautiful handmade gifts from local makers and shop online.

Money raised by the fair goes to Wolvercote Primary School PTA to support the school at this challenging financial time.

Local crafters taking part can be advertised on the school social media platform Classlist, on the Wolvercote PTA Facebook page and Craft Fair group, on the Craft Fair Instagram and in a gift guide sent out to parents at the school.

HOW IT WORKS

Over the weekend of the 28th and 29th November, Wolvercote Primary School PTA will run an online event to promote local crafters to the parents at the school.

Depending on the stall option selected, stallholders taking part will have the opportunity to featured on:

• Classlist, the school's social media platform
• The craft fair Instagram feed
• The PTA Facebook page and Craft Fair group
• A featured gift guide emailed to parents at the school

The Classlist platform is used by parents at the school (roughly 300 families), who will be encouraged to visit the site over the course of the weekend to support the fair. The event will also be advertised to the local community.

Stallholders will have a listing for their business with a link to their website, Etsy shop or similar.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

- You will need a way to take orders and payments online, such as an Etsy shop. This makes it easy for parents at the school to see, order and pay for your products. (If you don't have anything like this, it is still possible to take part, but you will need to arrange payment and delivery of items.)

- Photos / videos of your products
