No. There will be a licensed bar and food trailers. Security will be checking bags

No….Space will be limited

No..tickets must be purchased in advance.

Children in pushchairs do not need tickets.

Can I re-enter the event if I leave?

No..Unfortunately, this will only be allowed on exceptional circumstances in an emergency.

Can I bring sparklers, fireworks or lanterns

No.. Sparklers, fireworks etc will not be allowed to be brought on site.

Is pubic Transport recommended?

We have very limited parking spaces.  The club entrance is on a main bus route. West Midlands Travel Bus number 3 drops outside of the entrance to the club

Can I park on Castlecroft Road or nearby streets?

Accepted Answer

No. The main Castlecroft Road and surrounding roads will be coned off, and parking is strictly prohibited to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow. Please use the designated event parking area or arrive by pubic transport/taxi where possible.

Will the event go ahead if it rains

Accepted Answer

yes., the event will go ahead if it rains.  If the weather is deemed too dangerous for example high winds or severe condition, the event will be cancelled. If the event is cancelled, an email will be sent notifying this and on our social media
