Join us for a 3-hour circle dedicated to women and people with wombs, exploring the potent connection between the belly, womb, emotions, breath and touch. In this small group of 8 participants, we will weave together ancient wisdom and embodied practices to awaken inner awareness and release stored tensions—both physical and emotional.
We begin with an introduction to Chi Nei Tsang, a Taoist abdominal massage technique that supports detoxification, hormonal balance, and emotional digestion. From here, we’ll explore how this modality specifically supports women—addressing issues like PMS, fertility, menopause and digestive discomfort. This is to give you some theoretical understanding - the "why" to step into a womb/belly healing practice.
The second part, energy healing journey, is a guided energy meditation to connect with your body through breath, sensation, and visualisation. You'll be guided to enter a personal healing space, receive energetic support from the moon, and soften into deeper awareness of your womb, belly, and roots. We will then guide you through Yoni breathing with a subtle voice activation - helping you to release held trauma and reconnect even deeper.
We’ll close with a guided Chi Nei Tsang self-massage practice, including demonstrations on every body. We’ll end with a grounding circle, leaving space for integration, stillness, and connection.

Frequently asked questions
This circle is open to women and anyone with a womb — including those who no longer have a physical womb. It’s a safe, inclusive space for people who feel called to connect with their womb, belly, and deeper inner landscape.
Wear something comfortable, where you can easily massage your belly/womb. This can be done through clothing (so leggings and a top is perfectly fine) or on skin (suggested, but entirely optional). Best to avoid jeans and any belts/designs that are near your belly-womb-waist and cannot be removed.
You don't need to bring anything specific. A bottle of water is a good idea (we also offer water), you can bring your journal (but can give you paper for notes). We will also provide a diagram to follow for everyone to continue their belly/womb massage routine at home.
There are a few brief practices that can be received hands-on. These are fully optional and only done with full consent. One is during the guided energy journey, where we may lightly touch your head, heart or belly. The other is during the belly/womb massage demonstration.
Womb massage is not suitable for pregnant women (you're welcome to join once you've had your baby and your belly has had sufficient time to heal). The belly and womb massage can be done while you are on your period, but please alert us before so we know your womb may be more sensitive.
Due to the limited spaces, we cannot offer refunds unless your spot can be filled. However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else with prior notice.
