The sacred waters of our lands and the waters of the sacred land of our bodies hold a deep feminine energy and essence.

The element of water holds an energy of purification, healing, flow, grace and ease.

Water also holds the energy of our emotions.

As we Journey into the energy of water and the feeling sensations of our emotions we can begin to see how connected we are to this element 

Over time and life experiences we can shut ourselves down from our emotions and the expression of them... ultimately this stops us from feeling.... to keep us “safe” 

Maybe we didn’t feel safe to express our emotions as a child? In our mothers womb? Maybe we grew in a womb disconnected from her own watery realms? 

As we journey within the water realms we begin a wonderful journey in understanding on a deeper level how we are continually conditioned to push away these very vital aspects of ourselves.

We dive deep into into womb waters as the source of all creation and life
