Do you suffer from crippling menstrual cramps or heavy, painful periods every month? Want to unlock more harmony, ease, and vitality in your life? Want to learn how to track your cycle, and sync your life around your inner rhythm?

Menstrual cycle awareness (MCA) is the #1 mindfulness tool and self-care practice for women, and is absolutely vital for our well-being.

Far from being a curse, our period is often the missing piece of the wellness puzzle, and our menstrual cycle is the ultimate source of our power (when we learn to listen to its wisdom).

The invitation in this workshop is to delve deep into the magic of the menstrual cycle; discovering your inner compass, understanding your 'unpredictable' mood swings, awakening your womb connection, and owning your full, fierce, feminine power - in a sacred, female-only space.

Just imagine how it would feel to:

If you often find yourself at war with your period, reaching for sugary treats (and other vices) when you're raging with PMS, or feeling generally disconnected from your body, this workshop is for you.

It's time to tap into the resources, gifts and insights inherent in your body’s cyclical rhythm.

In this workshop, you'll:

  • Learn why your period is your spiritual superpower (and how to use it to access altered states of consciousness, and manifest anything you desire)
  • Create a unique self-care plan to help you live in sync with the natural flow of your body
  • Explore the four distinct hormonal phases of your menstrual cycle - and your strengths in each phase
  • Discover what your PMS might be trying to tell you each month (and how to eliminate it completely)
  • Understand why you crave comfort food and other vices just before your period, and how to curb these cravings
  • Hear how negative self-talk could be connected to your cycle - and how to overcome it
  • Explore your capacity to experience bliss, love, union, and ecstasy during menstruation
  • Begin to explore your relationship with your blood, body image, and life purpose
  • Relax, let go, and enjoy some nourishing self-care time in a sacred women-only space

Bring along a notebook and pen, and wear comfortable clothes that you feel great in. There will be limited movement so you don’t need to wear yoga / fitness gear, unless you want to.

Note: this workshop is only for women (inclusive of all who identify as female and those who have/had a menstrual cycle - this is a warm, welcoming space). Women who do not currently experience menstrual bleeds are also welcome (you'll learn how to track the moon's cycle instead). I was already tracking my periods and becoming more aware of my emotions, skin, weight gain at various points of the month, but adding the moon element into it made it so much more interesting. I now track where the moon is in relation to ovulation and menstruation when I'm feeling slightly off my usual self. This allows me to have a reason for feeling the way I do, which is beyond my control. It allows me to rest more when I feel I need it, without the guilt of just plodding on. I'd recommend Becki as a teacher because she's clear, concise, open, and able to facilitate the group where everyone feels comfortable to share.
