About this event
For so long, so many of us have carried stories that the womb is a source of shame. These stories have kept us silenced & afraid of stepping into our true power.
Whether you have a physical womb or not, the womb space is in fact a great source of power and womb yoga helps you to tap into that power & deepen the connection with yourself & your feminine.
Classes are an embodied exploration weaving asana, breathworth, meditation & reflection. We move in ways which honour the cyclical nature of being woman and encourage wild, authentic expression. All you is welcome here.
Womb Yoga is for you if:
- you would like to explore a gentle and reflective practice that nourishes you physically & emotionally.
- you desire more support on your journey to deeper womb-body connection. You may be experiencing (or have experienced) menstrual pain, irregular cycles, pregnancy loss, lack of creativity or purpose, a sense of disconnect in the life cycle or phase you are in.
- you wish to feel more calm, grounded and regulated in your daily life.
Womb Yoga is suitable for all women, in all life cycles - physical womb or not, menstruation or not. Maidens, mothers, crones - you are welcome exactly as you are.

Womb yoga is suitable for pregnancy, however I have not yet completed a pregnancy yoga teacher training. I recommend finding a teacher who is fully trained to support you in your journey to motherhood. You can find more womb yoga teachers here https://www.yoganidranetwork.org/teachers/
Yes! Womb yoga as a physical practice is gentle & is suitable advanced and beginner yogis. It’s also a great place to start if you’re interested in womb healing & learning more about the sacred feminine path. The invitation in class is always to move in a way that feels good YOU!
Yes. You don’t need to have a physical womb space to, the energy of Shakti lives within each of us.Nor do you need to have a menstrual cycle (womb yoga can often help with menstrual disorders). Please note however, this class is only open to women and those who identify as.
