Austerity, domestic violence, sexual harassment and low pay all have a major impact on women’s lives, and these have been made dramatically worse since the start of the Covid pandemic. Additionally, we are now seeing our right to choose removed in the US and rising inflation increasing poverty and debt.
The Tories have no solutions and vital services are overstretched and at the point of collapse, whilst the climate emergency escalates.
Yet women have always worked together to challenge the status quo and to demand better and we are at the forefront of movements like Mutual Aid.
Join this session to hear from a range of women on the frontline – fighting for a new deal at work, for investment in our NHS and public services, for our health and communities and delivering practical solidarity. Together we can have a real impact and can deliver change - come along and be inspired!
