Women Friendly Recruiters Checklist Launch Event

As part of our movement to make Leeds the first Women Friendly City in the UK, Women's Lives Leeds, Smart Works, and the Labyrinth Project are collaborating to launch a Women Friendly Recruiters Checklist. The checklist is for employers and recruiters, and provides tools that employers can adopt to ensure their recruitment process and working practices are accessible to women.

Pledging to be a Women Friendly Employer is a great way for employers to demonstrate that they are an inclusive employer who are actively encouraging women and others to join your organisation or business, and considering their needs.

We will be holding a launch event for recruiters to find out more about our Women Friendly Recruiters Checklist on 23rd June at 10am, at St Georges Centre. This will be an opportunity for recruiters to hear more about the checklist, ask questions, and attendees will have the opportunity to sign up to become a Women Friendly Employer.
