Heather Melville – Director for Strategic Partnerships & Head of Business Inclusion Initiatives, RBS

In role since January 2016 following a career in International Sales, a role which leverages vast global client relationships together with her sector specialism in the Retail & Textile Industry. Heather has also been listed by the Financial Times as one of the top 100 BAME execs across the UK & RBS. She has been awarded the champion for diversity in business and most recently, appointed to the board of CMI (Chartered Management Institute)as Chair of the Advisory Committee for CMI Women.

Maggie Semple OBE – Entrepreneur

Maggie owns the fashion label Semple, which makes bespoke women’s clothes in Covent Garden. Her other business is a management consultancy that works with public and private sector organisations on leadership development, D&I and ethical decision-making.

Bronte Blomhoj-Aurell – Founding Director of Scandinavian Kitchen Ltd

Bronte is the Director of Scandi Kitchen Ltd, a Nordic themed specialist café and shop providing quintessential Scandinavian food. She is the Author of ‘The Scandi Kitchen’ and the newly released ‘Scandikitchen : Fika & Hygge’.
