The Plain English Guide to Borrowing for Business Success
Many self-employed women are very reluctant to borrow the working capital they need to start up and get them through the first few tough years in business. Many self-fund by digging deep into savings, others approach family or friends. The idea of borrowing from a bank or other lender to get a business idea off the ground or grow is often too scary to contemplate. The result? The business never gets beyond the fledgling stage and may close due to a lack of working capital.
This FREE Workshop is co-hosted by Menter Berllan Enterprise Hub and NatWest . We will be discussing when it makes sense to borrow, demystifying the process, translating the jargon and offering practical tips and advice.
Our female speakers have a broad range of financial experience with women-led businesses and will share their knowledge and practical tips with you. They include, a former accountant, a credit union lending advisor and a micro-business lender specialising in little loans to grow big ideas. Irene Gill, a Relationship Manager with NatWest will also discuss how NatWest can support your business and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
If you feel that now’s the time for you to borrow to make your business a success in 2017, then join us for a relaxed and informative evening. Light refreshments will be served.
