Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

The majority of customers are willing to spend more with companies they believe provide excellent customer service FACT (Cognita 1400 UK households 2012). A large percentage of customers will stop using your services if they receive bad customer service. Most of us think we are giving great customer service but are we? How do we know?

Your customer's journey with your business could be the difference between them coming back and recommending you, and them warning their friends and family to avoid your business. During this interactive workshop we will look at how your customer's might be experiencing something different to what you think and how you can increase your confidence in selling and marketing yourself.

9.00-9.30am - Registeration and refreshments.

09.30-09.50am - Presentation by Henrietta Nagy from Oxford Life Design on Confident Client Conversations' Everyone lives by selling something' as the writer Stevenson said. In today's competitive world, confidence in business will set you apart from the crowd. You become more visible, you build strong relationships with others, and you create increasing business opportunities. Henrietta will share with us some refreshing ideas that lead to confidence at client meetings and success in sales.

09.50-10.10am - Presentation by Tricia Mack, from Shopper Anonymous, an industry expert who will share her expertise on how to differentiate yourself through delivering memorable customer service every time.

10.30-10.50am - What happens when the customer journey goes wrong? (Or put another way … why are other people so difficult?) With a career in customer service and sales Sally set up Partners With You with the strap line, “Helping companies to stop annoying their customers!” Although the company has developed into a one that specialises in training their clients in more confident communication skills the reason is always to improve the customer experience. During this session Sally will look at why we find some customers more difficult to deal with and how you can change the outcome with minimum effort and maximum effect.

10.50-11.30am - Q&A session and networking.
