Prue Leith has a lifetime of experience in food and hospitality. She ran a michelin-starred restaurant, large-scale catering business and started Leith's cookery school.

She has stood on many major company boards and has directly tried to address the inbalance of the sexes in this space. More recently she has worked as a broadcaster, published a wealth of books: fiction, biography and cooking as well as starring in 'Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen' and the 'The Great British Bake Off'.
